About...

OR:LA

Or:la first burst onto the production scene in 2016 after her debut release, ‘UK Lonely’ on Hotflush Recordings; a four track EP that flaunts enviable range and seems to contradict the producer’s youthful years. After a string of successive releases on Hotflush, 2017 saw the birth of vinyl-only imprint ‘Deep Sea Frequency’, co-founded by Or:la which has since released an eclectic mix of EPs from the likes of Pépe, DJ Seinfeld and herself.

A vast knowledge of various genres and tempos is what separates Or:la from many other young DJ’s at the moment. Her success as a dynamic producer and genre-spanning selector has seen her gain a residency at the Warehouse Project in Manchester, a bi-monthly show on NTS Radio and win DJ Mag’s ‘Breakthrough DJ of the year’ as well as tour globally on the festival and club circuit.

Or:la is also recognized for co-founding and running the forward-thinking and highly successful nomadic club night ‘Meine Nacht’ up until 2017. In 2019 she launched her new label imprint ‘Céad’, on which she will release music of her own alongside select newcomers.

ROZA TERENZI

Roza Terenzi’s productions are prime for interstellar communication; sublime mind dance, warehouse bleeps and dawn-ready breaks that will inevitably find union between earth people and other beings.

Since moving from Perth to Melbourne in 2016, her immense DJ style and consummate live sets at Inner Varnika, Meredith and Strawberry Fields have cemented her as a vital component of Australia's dance music mecca. Devoted to her local scene with releases via Butter Sessions, Bizarro, Pelvis and Voyage, Terenzi's spent the majority of 2018/2019 answering international calls. Extensively touring UK/Europe, India and North America, she's brought her bush doof energy to Primavera, Dekmantel, Lente Kabinet and Honcho Campout, twisting club havens Säule, Pickle Factory, De School, Robert Johnson, Closer and Nowadays.

This time on the road has only strengthened her production output. Inaugurating Planet Euphorique with Vancouver likemind DJ Zozi (aka D. Tiffany), she's released quasi-cosmic atmospherics on Dekmantel and her signature alien beatdown on Kalahari Oyster Cult, while remixing 90s rave masters DJ Trance and Darwin Chamber and new wave electroids Assembler Code and Jensen Intercepter.
