Basement State (http://basementstate.com) is a Seattle-based live electronic music collective. The group blossomed in the ashes of pandemic life as a necessity to create a space for sharing musical ideas and performances. As the pandemic wore on, Basement State has grown into online and in-person events where resident artists and guests perform LIVE original music across an array of electronic genres. Basement State is focused on openness and inclusivity, and encourages artists to take creative risks as well as provide engagement with listeners.
