The Crocodile Presents bodytalk: SHADED w/ Benoit, Lumi, & Pacifix

This installment of bodytalk is back at Kremwerk, and we're making our Cherry debut! We have a dark and sexy one planned, with SHADED headlining and Lumi and Benoit on as support.

SHADED (TRICK / Desert Hearts):

‘’I’m floating in my own abyss of chunky techno and liquid house.” – SHADED

SHADED has a signature sound. It’s a weaving combination of driving, psychedelic vibes and funk inspired textures. His sound is undeniable in character, and whilst his production style is constantly evolving, he always stays true to his Southern California roots. To showcase this, he is now working to finalize a new two-hour live Audio Visual show tailored to his style and vision. “No-one is delivering a musical style like my own, and to be able to add the element of what I like visually can take the experience to a whole new level,” he says.

LUMI (SEA) :

DJ-Producer, LUMI, originally from Helsinki, Finland, has an eclectic taste for house and techno with elements of groove. Her DJ sets range from dark and pulsing to uplifting and rhythmic. With a background in choir and piano her music features her own vocals in addition to her studio productions. LUMI has recently shared the stage with some of the most influential names in the scene including Pan-Pot, Korolova, Justin Martin, Teenage Mutants, and Will Clarke.

She continues to tease her unreleased records on her socials as she takes steps towards releasing her productions to the public. She has become a staple in the Seattle scene but in addition to locally, she has played in San Diego, LA, and even her home country, Finland. With recognition from online news outlets like, EDM Identity, for Women’s Day, and Finnish news and radio show, YLEX Radio, she continues to make an impact on the scene at large, as well as continuously supporting and connecting with other women in the industry.

BENOIT (PDX):

Benoit is a Portland based DJ and event producer focused on showcasing underground dance music. Beginning his musical journey in Bellingham working with close friends throwing parties, the foundation was set for this eclectic deejay to impress in larger markets.
