Particle FM is a San Diego-based community internet radio station with a mission to platform underrepresented artists locally and beyond. Join us for our first Seattle showcase highlighting long-time Particle residents Jennifer Spektor, D. Stu, and Atrevido alongside local talent Sepha, Daphne Too, and ‘nohup’. Expect breakbeat pressure and queer-centric club music from some of our station’s most eclectic selectors.

Illegal Afters Tracks label head ‘nohup’ joins Particle FM resident Jennifer Spektor for more genre-bending madness since their recent duo debut on our station. 'nohup' is a DJ, producer, multimedia artist and community builder based out of Seattle, WA. Jennifer Spektor is an artist, DJ, poet, writer, and art therapist. She has a monthly radio show, Echolocation on Particle FM.

We are equally excited to invite Modern Heart residents Daphne Too and Sepha for more back to back excitement. DJ and producer Daphne Too hosts recurring party Modern Heart alongside Sepha, playing garage-forward club sets and supporting the Tacoma, WA region with her events. Olympia-based DJ and producer Sepha’s self-released Bandcamp catalog explores Baltimore and breakbeat club, with a recent appearance on JukeBounceWerk’s award winning compilation JBDUBZ, she is without a doubt one of Washington’s most exciting producers.

Particle FM founder and host Atrevido joins D. Stu aka Disco Stu for a special vinyl b2b opener. Disco Stu has hosted One Nation Under A Groove for the past two years, inviting over 24 guests from the Seattle region and beyond. Disco Stu uses his radio show to platform underrepresented artists in the greater dance underground which inspired this showcase event to come to life.
