Seattle, we are excited to welcome you to come celebrate CARAVAN’s 3 year anniversary.

Marcell Marias, B. Fly, Black Velveteen and LacyNew will provide the musical programming for the night. A live set as well as a birthday set, we look forward to celebrating the night with y’all with sounds from around the world.

We believe experimental world music is a fluid landscape that promotes inclusivity, accessibility, and overall respect for one another. You don’t need to know the instruments or the language to understand its meaning and appreciate its beauty. This appreciation sparks cultural curiosity and investigation. Let’s not gate keep what was meant to unify. We invite DJs of every background to come explore music from any part of the world. They can play any genre they want, as long as they incorporate global sounds throughout their set. The mingling of cultures and backgrounds provides a platform for us to interact, come together, and contribute to the diversity of this community. This creates the feeling of traveling through the world together as one caravan of people. We hope you believe in our vision, and hop back on the CARAVAN for this next phase of our journey. 🐪🐪🐪
