July we welcome Romanian artist Miss I whose love of music is emphasized by her years of running the Misbits record store in Bucharest. As one of the city’s most loved vinyl digging grounds, Misbits is an icon for vinyl fans. Miss I’s own appreciation for clever and creative sounds on wax guarantees an intriguing curation at both the shop and in her DJ sets.

Miss I has played Romania’s favored spaces including Sunwaves and Club Guesthouse. As a Romanian DJ with an emphasis on vinyl culture, she has created a committed following within the Romanian scene and her current tour across the Atlantic marks an important step into the global community. We couldn’t be more happy that Seattle is included in the mix and look forward to welcoming her to her West Coast premiere.

We’ve asked fellow record store owner and vinyl culture aficionado Sherman C of Selector Records to join as local support. And MMH resident / Rhizome Records’ Kinjo will lend his dynamic sound to the night. See you on the dancefloor!
